An IEU member employed in a school support staff role has successfully achieved a pay increase after our union’s assistance resulted in their reclassification to a higher level.
IEU Organiser Nicole Lakidis said the member sought assistance from our union, concerned that their position description was inaccurate and did not properly reflect their role.
