Review of IEU Mentoring Program shows positive results

24 October, 2023

The findings from a review of the IEU Mentoring Program show that participating members have overwhelmingly found the program beneficial, with some providing suggestions for practical changes to improve future programs.

IEU-QNT Research Officer Dr Adele Schmidt said after five years of the initiative, our union’s Education Committee sought a review of the program’s efficacy.

The Mentoring Program was established in 2018 to connect experienced teacher members with early career teacher IEU members,” Dr Schmidt said.
