Changes to HALT Certification Processes

Changes to processes for teachers seeking certification as Highly Accomplished or Lead Teachers (HALT certification) streamline requirements and reduce workload for applicants. 

At the point of graduation from an accredited ITE program, beginning teachers are granted provisional registration, which indicates that they are practising at the Graduate level of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (APST).
