Riverside Christian College members win on wages and workload

24 October, 2024

IEU members working at Riverside Christian College in Maryborough have secured enhancements to wages and provisions to tackle workload as part of their latest collective agreement.

Organiser Richard Pascoe said IEU members had won 12 per cent pay increases and a new top teacher classification and rate as part of their latest collective agreement.

“Wage rises of 4 per cent in July each year over the life of the three-year agreement and the introduction of a new top pay level for the most experienced classroom teachers have been secured,” Richard said.
