Wages and working condition wins for CCM schools

31 May, 2024

IEU members employed in Christian Community Ministries (CCM) schools have secured improvements to wages and working conditions after 86% of staff voted to accept a proposed replacement collective agreement.

Organiser Caryl Rosser said the enhancements to wages and working conditions were achieved through members’ solidarity and commitment throughout the collective bargaining negotiations.

“There are some positive changes resulting from the new agreement, which will cover CCM colleges in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Western Australia for the next three years,” Caryl said.
