Lutheran Education Queensland (LEQ) employers continue to ignore the voice of members and maintain a bargaining position that puts employees’ wages, workload and working conditions in last place.
IEU-QNT Organiser Andrew Elphinstone said LEQ maintained the current collective agreement is “fit for purpose”, despite refusing to acknowledge members’ concerns regarding workload and work intensification.
