Staff employed in Presbyterian & Methodist Schools Association (PMSA) schools will receive a significant out of cycle wage increase and a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) as a one-off payment, in a decision commended by our union.
IEU Organiser Susan O’Leary said staff covered under the current PMSA collective agreement will receive a wage rise higher than the 2.5% increase set for 2023.
