Strong Libraries = Strong Schools

The Strong Libraries = Strong Schools campaign aims to bring together IEU-QNT members including Teacher-Librarians and Library Assistants to:

  • Acknowledge the critical role of library staff and their positive influence on students’ learning outcomes;
  • Create a plan for the future of school libraries;
  • Advocate for better resourcing of school libraries; and
  • Achieve better pay and working conditions for library staff through collective bargaining.
