ONLINE SESSION
Many school officers can, due to the nature of the role, find themselves in various situations which require you to be in close contact with and assist students physically.
It is important to have access to the right information to assist in protecting yourself from the threat of legal action.
Guidance will be provided regarding situations such as:
- Physical interactions with students, such as lifting;
- 1 on 1 situations; and
- supporting students with physical needs.
Please submit questions ahead of this session when you RSVP.
