This session will provide an overview of the ASOCS and outline the steps required in developing a contemporary position description. The session will outline where you and your school should be in the introduction of the ASOCS and what to do if you are provided with an employer position description which does not meet the requirements of the role.
Suitable for members in Qld Catholic schools who are seeking an overview of the ASOCS and its implementation in the Catholic sector throughout Queensland.
