IEU Workplace Delegates have significant legal rights to attend this training in paid work time.
The course will cover:

- Workplace Delegate rights under the Fair Work Act
- Role of the Workplace Delegate
- Resolution of common workplace issues
- Union conversations
- Dealing with disinformation
Invitations are sent directly to IEU Delegates. Please note that legislation restricts access to paid leave to attend training to one Delegate in attendance per 50 staff in a workplace.
