IEU members across C&K Branch centres are set to vote NO next week on an outdated and inadequate employer agreement being put to a snap employer ballot.
Outdated positions on wages, superannuation, parental leave and long service leave feature in the agreement.
IEU-QNT Branch Secretary Terry Burke said it’s extraordinary that a “contemporary” employer would table such an inadequate and deeply disrespectful set of working conditions for its employees.
