VOTING NO means rejecting an inadequate and outdated agreement proposed by C&K.
VOTING NO tells C&K that staff deserve similar working conditions to others in the education sector.
VOTING NO means C&K must return to the bargaining table and continue negotiating with our union.
Why C&K’s agreement is outdated:
❌ No guarantee wages will match public sector
❌ No additional release time for Directors
❌ No real action on workload
❌ No changes to outdated paid parental leave
❌ No changes to 10 year long service leave access
❌ No matching of public sector superannuation
