Why we need a strong rep network

Our union succeeds when our Chapters are well-supported, organised and strong. Having active members at a local level is the only way to achieve this.

Our Chapter Representative members play a fundamental role in building strong chapters and winning campaigns. As volunteers who take on often enormous workloads to support their colleagues, they are superheroes!
