Hands Off Our Safety

The LNP state government is planning to repeal critical elements of current Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, jeopardising the health, safety and wellbeing of every single Queensland worker.

The proposed changes will diminish significant reforms achieved by unions, including employer obligations to manage and prevent psychosocial hazards.

Unions are urging the Queensland government to leave the existing WHS laws as they are because every worker has the right to come home safely.
