Over the last 12 months, we have seen the profession at its best as teachers and school support staff, suddenly on the front line of a global pandemic, called upon to teach hybrid classes of face-to-face and remote learning, monitored the emotional, social and physical wellbeing of students as well as dealt with the crisis on a personal level.
