IEU members at Caloundra City Private School (CCPS) have secured enhanced wage increases after voting down an initial employer proposal that would have paid them less.
IEU Sunshine Coast Organiser Tahn Donaldson said following member action, the employer has now offered a 4% pay increase in 2023 and a further 4% pay increase in 2024 – on par with Education Queensland for the same timeframe.
