Pushback on IR changes hypocritical

Big business and employer groups’ pushback on legislative changes designed to improve wages and balance out the bargaining process smacks of hypocrisy following their decade-long failure to protect workers.

IEU-QNT Branch Secretary Terry Burke said employer and big business attacks on the federal government’s proposed Secure Jobs, Better Pay Bill was shameful in light of their failure to look after their own workers.
