National Reconciliation Week (NRW) occurs every year between 27 May and 3 June, dates which mark historically significant milestones for First Nations People and Australia’s reconciliation journey: the 1967 referendum and the historic Mabo decision.
The 2024 NRW theme, Now More than Ever, reminds Australians that no matter what, the fight for justice and the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people will —and must —continue.
