Members at Brisbane Girls Grammar School (BGGS) have won benchmark-setting super entitlements in their recent collective bargaining negotiations.
Employer superannuation contributions will climb incrementally to 14.25% in 2024 under the terms of the new agreement.
IEU-QNT Assistant Secretary Brad Hayes said the outcome reflected a strong resolve among members to maintain enhanced super provisions at the school.
“Members understand the fundamental role of super in providing retirement security so this is a great outcome for all employees at BGGS,” he said.
