Our union has welcomed our members’ voices being heard at the recent National Early Years Summit in Canberra to develop the Commonwealth Early Years Strategy.
Last month’s Summit was attended by a diverse range of industry stakeholders who participated in the consultation process and engaged in important conversations to help inform the development of the Early Years Strategy.
IEUA Federal Secretary Christine Cooper said the federal government was to be commended for their ongoing consultation with education practitioners through the development of the Early Years Strategy.
