 ployers can use fixed-term contractual arrangements in relation to renew
 al\, consecutive contract limitations\, and the length of contracts. Emp
 loyees now enjoy enhanced contract entitlements in respect of ongoing em
 ployment arrangements. Requests for flexible working arrangements can be
  made in a number of circumstances to allow for greater flexibility in t
