 released a new Guideline for educational programs for Queensland's non-S
 tate schools.\n\nWhile this document enhances flexibility for schools in
  terms of the educational program they offer to students\, Specialist Te
 acher members have reported that some employers are using the new guidel
 ines as justification for the cessation or reduction of specialist Langu
 age\, Arts and Music programs\, resulting in loss of hours\, or complete
  loss of employment for Specialist Teachers.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n\nThis sessi
 on presents results of our IEU-QNT member survey to gather data on the e
