DESCRIPTION:In April 2023 the&nbsp\;NT introduced new WHS regulations re
 quiring employers to have in place mitigation and control measures to ma
 nage psychosocial hazards.&nbsp\; Whilst the NT does not yet have a spec
 ific psychosocial code of practice\, existing WHS Management and Consult
 ation Codes of Practice outline practical steps to ensure psychosocial s
 afety at work.\n\nThis session will cover:\n\n 	Duties Under the WHS Act
 \, Regulations and Codes of Practice\n 	What are psychosocial hazards?\n
  	How to manage psychosocial risks and hazards\n 	Relevant matters and i
