This member session will provide best practice advice and expert IEU support for situations where a member is required to attend a disciplinary discussion or performance meeting with their employer. As well as being forewarned and prepared for such meetings, this session is also an excellent resource for Chapter Reps to help provide advice at the local level for colleagues attending such meetings.
Can I be forced to attend the meeting? Can I insist on a support person? What if the employer refuses to provide an agenda?
