Is your Chapter still working under the base Award? Are you and your colleagues ready to negotiate your first agreement to win better wages and conditions?
The vast majority of IEU members are covered by collective agreements. This important protection should be extended to all workplaces. This session will provide a “how to guide” for IEU Chapters seeking to negotiate their first collective agreement.
Member strategies, how to best approach the employer and the role of your Organiser in providing critical IEU Chapter support will be covered.
