DESCRIPTION:Supervision and mentoring of pre-service teachers is clearly
  important for the profession.&nbsp\; With the negotiation of a new prof
 essional experience agreement to commence in 2025\, our union is working
  collaboratively with other stakeholders to develop a document that capt
 ures the industrial and professional supports needed by both pre-service
  teachers and those who take on the mentoring and supervising roles.&nbs
 p\;\n\nWe are seeking input from beginning teachers regarding supports a
 nd incentives that enable this important work.&nbsp\; We will provide so
 me background information on the agreements that currently specify how t
 he work will be carried out\, but this is an active consultation session
  – we want to get your guidance and advice on what is needed.\n\nRSVP
