Employers fuel confusion on $1,800 pay rise

9 June, 2022

Employers are creating confusion around the implementation of the new Experienced Proficient Teacher (EPT) classification.

Despite its imminent introduction, our union has received reports of employers failing to communicate with staff on the new classification or creating confusion about its eligibility requirements.
