Southern Cross University has been accused of denying the National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU) its legal right to investigate serious work health and safety issues.
82% of staff experiencing psychosocial hazards
An NTEU official gave notice he would enter the University’s Lismore campus to access Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) documents after a staff survey revealed 82% of staff regularly experienced psychosocial hazards at work.
