IEU members are driving widespread enhancements to employment conditions in the non-government sector despite a challenging bargaining system.
Our union has negotiated an unprecedented 35 single site collective agreements in 2021 alone.
These agreements have set employment conditions in independent, Christian, Grammar, Indigenous community schools and those Anglican schools which are not covered by major sector agreements.
