Unsustainable workloads, fair pay and career pathways are the top priorities for Queensland Catholic members as preparations for collective bargaining continue.
IEU-QNT Branch Secretary Terry Burke said a record number of IEU members had their voice heard via the recent survey on the issues employers need to address to protect the future of Queensland Catholic schools.
“Now it’s time for all IEU Chapters to meet to further discuss what needs to be done to address these concerns for our staff and our schools,” Mr Burke said.
