Negotiations between IEU-QNT and Autism Queensland continue, as the employer fails to address key employee claims.
IEU-QNT Organiser Nicole Lakidis said progress with negotiations has been insufficient.
“The employer stated that they hear what employees are saying – but their actions tell a different story,” Nicole said.
Status of negotiations
Nicole said after four meetings the employer has confirmed a wage increase of 3.5% each year for the life of a three-year agreement.
