Across 2020-21, our union has continued to make a difference for IEU members – recovering compensation, underpayments and allowances.
IEU Branch Secretary Terry Burke said the outcome of a total of $2.3 million to members was a direct result of the work of our expert industrial team and IEU organisers.
“IEU membership means always having the support you need when facing any challenges at work,” Mr Burke said.
“That includes assistance with ensuring you are receiving the correct wages and entitlements.
“Your IEU organiser and our experienced industrial team are here to help when you need it and what we have recovered for members in the last two years is testament to that.
“You are never alone when you are a IEU member – that’s what makes it such an important investment in your career and your future,” he said.
