NSW Government seeks to impose $110,000 fines for workers who go on strike directly undermining the right to strike in legislation.

This unprecedented move would see unions and their members liable for legal costs that would accumulate to hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Already this year, the NSW Teachers Federation was fined $30,000 for strike action taken to have their voice heard on the crisis facing the profession.
